Smart RCMS
Smart-RCMS Restaurant and Cafe Management System
Easy and organized interactive interfaces as follows:
- A point-of-sale (POS) system where the screen is divided into categories, each with its own products, meals, and beverages. Order calculation is done automatically without intervention once the meals and quantities are selected.
- A kitchen management system with an interactive screen displaying orders to be prepared. Orders can be processed from pending to ready for pickup.
- A restaurant management screen for tracking orders and processing them quickly.
- Accurate calculation of prepared meals, recipe ratios, and deductions from raw or semi-finished product inventory for each order, continuously and as soon as orders are processed.
- Preparing and manufacturing meals in advance according to specific ratios of raw materials (recipes), and accurately adjusting inventory after dispensing.
- When preparing fewer meals than previously prepared, the production slip can be left open until the meals are completed, or the slip can be closed and the remaining unprepared ingredients returned to inventory.
- A management system for dining halls and halls begins with setting up tables by number and the capacity of each table (number of seats per table). This system can manage an unlimited number of halls.
- Determining table statuses (available, reserved, occupied, or needing cleaning) allows hall management to order meals for tables without needing to go to the cashier. Hall management can also track the status of hall orders in the kitchen until they are ready for delivery. Invoices can be generated from within the halls, summarizing the total orders for each table. Once the customer leaves or the invoice is received, the table is automatically marked as needing cleaning.
- Generate financial reports on total sales, service charges, and best-selling meals for any specified period, along with a graph illustrating the sales process.
- Provide detailed inventory reports and alerts for specific stock levels, mimicking a 24/7 automated inventory count.
- Set user permissions for system access, such as owner, general manager, dining hall manager, kitchen manager, cashier, etc.
